We want you to love every drop of Kind to Skin kindness, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for products that don't meet your expectations. Simply ensure your items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid USPS or UPS shipping label directly from the portal.

• 3.
  Pack Your Goat Milk Goodness

  Securely pack your items in the original box if possible, include your packing slip, and affix the return label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the carrier; once received at our farm, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
